A car wash made me think of you
My lovely car had gotten a tad grimy and covered in dots of pollen after a month of sitting at the car dealership awaiting parts to get her all perfect again.
This overcast morning, we zipped off to our trusty friend, Pro-Clean Car Wash.
While I was a tad out of practice getting her wheels lined up into the track thingy ๐ฌ, we got her hosed off, soaped down and wiped off. It's amazing how a car wash can breathe a little sparkle into your day.
But it got me thinking...
There are usually a lot of people in their dusty / grimy / even clean-ish cars waiting to drive through the car wash.
With a monthly membership, why wouldn't you take care of your car this way?
Now I wonder--do people take care of their own bodies the way they take care of their cars?
Car wash
Oil changes
Tire rotations
Alignment
All the other things that help them get to work on time and move about life the way they desire (on the road, at least).
How often do you-and your clients-take care of your own body?
Massage, chiropractic, nutrition, sleep, etc.
Are we taking care of our ONE BODY as well as we take car of our replaceable car?
I'm thinking I need to email my clients about this and open up my massage membership for a few days to see who will invest in their health.
And they should, because getting a massage monthly is a step in the right direction (and maybe even the culmination of) taking care of oneself on a regular basis.
If you want more info on how to create your own massage membership, check out the free webinar. It couldn't be less expensive. And it's only 15 minutes long.
